These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChapChap Shop mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Service”) operated by ChapChap Africa Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a registered company in Uganda.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App for breach of these Terms or illegal activity. Upon termination, access to all services will cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes will be first resolved amicably through mediation before litigation in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Uganda.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or features of the App at any time. Major changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
